The sixth seeded Frazee Hornets had their season come to a close on Thursday, May 22. 

The Panthers scored three runs in the first and fourth innings, while adding four more in the third inning to come away with the win.

The Hornets were able to come away with three hits in the loss, including two from Hailee Olson and another one from Kaija Aschnewitz.

Ellie Trieglaff took the loss in the circle as she went four innings and gave up 10 runs of which six were earned, 10 hits and a pair of walks, while striking out two batters.

The loss ended the Hornets season with a record of 7-13 overall and 6-8 in the Heart O’ Lakes Conference.
