To the Editor,

I am writing this letter in regards to how much I really like this community. I have lived here 30 years and love the quietness and most people are friendly. My complaint as of today is, that I live on the curve of 4th St SE and Balsam Ave. and for some reason people think just because I have my driveway plowed to my liking, it has become a public turn around.  They probably don’t understand is that they are also driving on my yard. This is a private driveway and yard, not a public street or right-of-way. I would be glad to leave a donation receptacle outside to help me repair my driveway in the spring to my liking if anyone would like to help with it. My neighbor stated to me that three cars turned around in it yesterday, Jan. 4, 2021. I understand if it is an emergency but I think it is unfair to assume that I am OK with this. Please show some respect for our residents. We should all be able to protect our own property.
