Scott Noel Schave was born March 29, 1982, in Fargo, North Dakota, the son of Noel and Ramona Schave. He passed away December 8, 2021 at Essentia Health in Fargo, North Dakota.

He was baptized at Dilworth Lutheran Church and confirmed at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Frazee. Scott graduated from Frazee High School with the class of 2000. 

After high school in began working for Team Industries in Park Rapids, Detroit Lakes, and Audubon. He has been working for Kit Masters in Perham for the last seven years as a quality Controller. Scott enjoyed deer hunting, bowling, canning and demo derbies. He loved gardening especially when using his dad’s tiller. One would think Scott was from the “old school” because he loved to work alongside his mom and dad.

Scott is survived by his parents: Noel and Mona Schave; daughter, Jasmine Schave; wife, Lindsay Cox; step daughter, Destiny Cox; step son, Jessi Hanson; siblings: Wade Wolff, Brenda Como, Amy Wirth, Lisa McCloskey, and other extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents.

Funeral service will be 11:00 AM, Tuesday, December 14, at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Frazee. Visitation will be Monday from 5 to 7:00 PM with 6:30 PM prayer service at Bethlehem Lutheran Church and will continue for one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be at Lakeside cemetery in Frazee.
