Vergas museum to be featured on TV show

0Gordon’s Museum features over 600 items
A Vergas landmark will be featured in an upcoming episode of the Common Ground on Lakeland PBS.
The episode will feature Gordon’s Butter and Dairy Museum in Vergas. The museum has more than 600 items preserving the history of small dairy-farm life.
The episode will also include a route of Viking Fest in the Brainerd viewing area, where the group strives for authenticity with their re-enactments and participants with “no horns.”
The episode will air on PBS on Thursday, Feb. 10 at 7 p.m. on Lakeland Prime. The episode will repeat over the weekend on Lakeland Prime and Lakeland Plus. People can also watch the show on www.lptv.org and on Common Ground PBS Facebook page.
