The Frazee-Vergas Forum published its first newspaper in 1960. Since that time the newspaper has been locally owned and operated, all-while serving a 320-square mile area including the Frazee School District and communities of the greater Frazee and Vergas area. 

In 2018, the Frazee-Vergas Forum was purchased by Henning Publications, LLC and its owners Chad and Dani Koenen from Gale and Delair Kaas. Henning Publications also operates weekly newspapers in New York Mills and Henning.

The Forum currently has a circulation of around 1,450 and is published every Tuesday. It is a legal newspaper that covers both Becker and Otter Tail Counties. 

The Frazee-Vergas Forum Publishers are Chad and Dani Koenen. The Editor is Robert Williams, Graphic Artist Rachel Poser and Advertising Representative is Monaya Lund. 

A subscription to the Frazee-Vergas Forum is $42 per year for Becker and Otter Tail County and $50 elsewhere.
