He was a gifted player of the accordion, playing into his 90’s. Aaron also played the harmonica, guitar, fiddle and bugle. He was part of an informal band in his earlier years, often playing for dances and other events.

Aaron loved out-laws, and old Western movies. He often claimed that his father had even met Jesse James! He was an avid admirer of military history, and was a great nephew of Ira Ward, a Civil War veteran. Aaron made many connections and friendships throughout his life. He will be sadly missed.
