Delores Mae Lubitz was born November 24, 1941 in Pine Lake Township, rural Perham, Minnesota, the daughter of Albert and Freida (Peckrul) Loebrick. She passed away on September 20, 2021 at her home in Frazee, MN.

She grew up in the Perham area and graduated from Perham High School. Delores enjoyed spending time with her children, gardening, canning, and cooking. Her son Ronald will tell you she makes the best damn potato salad you will ever have!

Delores had the kindest soul and would do anything for anyone. Though Delores was a relatively quiet person, she would surprise you on occasion with a joke or a quick-witted remark. She was also known for sneaking out of family gatherings without saying goodbye.

She is survived by her children: Wanda Tolbert of Mahnomen, Ronald (Tammy) Lawrence of Frazee, Sherry (Kenny) Gropper of Perham, Pam Nelson of Perham, Linda (Scott Mastin) Andersen of Frazee, Dianne (Vince) Bachmann of Perham, Denise (Michael) Watchorn of Frazee, Jolene (Trent) Ovsak of Frazee; 22 grandchildren; 23 greatgrandchildren; brother: Donald (Dorothy) Loebrick of Maple Plain; companion: DeWayne Schaefer and multiple nieces and nephews.

Delores was preceded in death by her parents: Albert and Freida Loebrick; brother: Marlin Loebrick; former husband: Rolland Lawrence; former husband: Edgar Lubitz; son: William Lawrence; great grandson: Jace Grawe; sister-in-law: Carol Loebrick; son-in-law: Brad Nelson.

Memorial service were held at 1 p.m., Monday, September 27, 2021 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Frazee.  Visitation was from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m..  Arrangements with the Furey Funeral Home of Frazee.  www.fureyfh.com
