Sacred Heart Catholic Church

Dear reader,

As you know, mourning the loss of someone you love is never easy.  We all know that grief really never goes away, but it can change.  Our Sacred Heart Parish community will host Seasons of Hope, a unique support group for the bereaved.  This program, rooted in Catholic tradition, conveys God’s consolation through scripture, prayer, reflection, and faith-sharing.  The program welcomes non-Catholic Christians and is easily adapted for them. Groups of both Catholics and non-Catholics have worked well. Perhaps you or someone in your family will prayerfully consider our parish’s invitation to join one of our grief groups.

You are invited to join us on six consecutive weeks for Seasons of Hope, Season One which begins on Thursday, April 7 and runs for six consecutive Thursdays, ending on May 12. One group will begin at 10 a.m. and another at 7 p.m.; each session lasts approximately two hours, and you can choose the time that best fits your schedule.  All sessions are held at Sacred Heart Church, Frazee.

Be uplifted through your grief knowing that the Lord blesses those who mourn.  Seasons of Hope is a way to find him on your grief journey. Consider adding Seasons of Hope to that journey.
