To the Editor,

I wanted to share with the residents that Frazee was one of the stops on this year’s Senate Capital Investment Tour, Tuesday August 15. The State of Minnesota receives many requests for funding projects and Frazee is requesting funds for our North River Drive Loop Project. 

This includes looping water and sewer utilities, ensuring resident access to services in the event of a downed line, providing water and sewer services to the Wannigan Regional Park, and improvement to a paved road and additional trail segments.  

Nine members of the Capital Investment Committee visited Frazee to see the project location and hear more about the plans. To make sure the Senators understood how much our city appreciated their time, a swag bag was put together with local businesses and community organizations including a promotional item.  

A HUGE thank you to the contributors—the items donated were first class and the city council and staff would like to thank you for your generous support for the Senate visit. We are confident that with your support, Frazee will not be forgotten by the Senators for a long time to come!
