Vareberg’s actions on White Earth land issue appreciated

Just wanted to give a shout out to Commissioner Richard Vareberg for the quick action and effort he was willing to put forth in the matter of the White Earth Land controversy.
Even though the land in question was not in his district, Mr. Vareberg saw the urgency of the situation and acted.
Commissioner Vareberg traveled to Minneapolis to testify on our county’s behalf, and attended a meeting that Senator Kupec facilitated at the Detroit Lakes Library on Saturday, March 9, which a large number of concerned citizens attended.
